Cosmetic Surgery & Ladies Perfume

                                               "Cosmetic Surgery"

Constructive Cosmetic Surgery involves improving a part of the body or face that is abnormal and reconstructing it to appear normal. Often a person seeks reconstructive surgery because of a malformation that they would like to have corrected - developmental abnormalities, tumors, infection, birth defects. The most popular reconstructive surgery procedures are: otoplasty (ear surgery), rhinoplasty (nose surgery), hand surgery, etc.

Throughout the history of the human race, there have always been traces of people pursuing physical improvement. A testimony to this is the fact that reconstructive surgery is one of the most ancient human practices. Recorded evidences show that as early as 4000 years ago, skin grafts were already being utilized for reconstructive surgical work in India. And although it wasn’t until the eighteenth century, during the period of enlightenment and scientific thought that true progress in the field became evident, one can clearly say today that the practice evolved shoulder-to-shoulder with the advancement of human knowledge.
The 19th century saw two milestones in the field of Cosmetic Surgery; the first was an operation successfully performed on a British military officer who had suffered substantial injuries from action to the nose in 1814. The other one came in 1827, when Dr. John Peter Mettauer performed the first cleft palate operation in the US, using instruments he personally designed. It was then that the history of plastic surgery began in the country.

The war played a vital role in advancement of reconstructive surgery, as the 1st World War presented physicians with scores of severe facial wounds and burns that needed treatment and much more. Modern weapons used then caused kinds and severity of injuries that were unprecedented in the history of the field.
Cosmetic Surgery differs from reconstructive surgery because the purpose of this procedure is to take a normal body structure and improve it to make it look better. Cosmetic surgery is an elective surgery and is performed to reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve the patient's appearance and self-esteem. The most popular cosmetic surgery procedures are: breast augmentation, tummy tuck, face lift, etc.

                        "Ladies Perfume"

Top Five Givenchy Perfumes and Fragrances:
Givenchy (pronounced as zhee-VAH(N)-shee) has been one of the top luxury brands in the world for the past five decades. Founded by Hubert de Givenchy in the fifties, its unique brand of sophistication has propelled the company to be come one of the most prominent brands in fashion. It produces a wide range of clothing and accessories, as well as some of the best selling perfumes of all time. Organza, Amarige and Hot Couture are some of the more popular Givenchy fragrances, just to name a few.

Givenchy Gentlemen, one of Givency’s early perfumes is one of the best selling perfumes for men. Although it was first launched about thirty years ago, it remains very popular today due to its classical scent. It has tarragon and cinnamon scents as its top notes with a blend of patchouli and Russian leather as its base. This timeless scent would go perfectly with your office wear and any other formal occasions. As a sidenote, if you want to read up more articles on perfume, do check out the site Women's Perfume.

Givenchy also has a very impressive range of women’s perfume. Although most of them are subtle and light, all the scents embody an air of sophistication and aristocracy, staying true to the brand’s signature. The Eau de Givenchy perfume for women is another classical fragrance launched in 1980. It has a blend of strong floral accents (jasmine and lily) that are pronounced yet subtle. The floral scents are grounded by woody base notes (sandalwood and cedar), giving this fragrance a good balance. This classic women’s perfume is perfect for any occasion.

Another popular Givenchy fragrance will have to be the Givenchy Pour Homme cologne (launched in 2002). Made from lush fruits, grapefruits, violet and many other exotic ingredients, this perfume has a warm and addictive scent to it, starting out with a tinge of citrus scents when sprayed and dries town to a warm scent of spices. This is one of my all time favorite perfumes.

Organza and Hot Couture are some of the more popular ladies’ perfume from Givenchy. Both these perfume has wonderful floral scents that comes from concoctions of some flowers, amber, and vanilla. Organza has a woody base, giving it a grounded scent. Hot Couture on the other hand has a stronger floral scent, which is sweet and fruity.

How to Buy Ladies Perfume:
Perfumes have been used by human beings for thousands of years. In present day, perfumes and fragrances has become an indispensable accessory for women. No outfit would be complete without a whiff of your favorite perfume. Selecting a perfume to wear is no easy task. The perfume that you are wearing should suit your personality, outfit and occasion.

Buying perfume and fragrances for ladies as a gift would be like buying a piece of clothing for someone else. Not only should the perfume suit the personality and preference of the recipient, the perfume that you have selected would also make a statement as to your intentions and would also make statements. If you were purchasing a perfume for your date, selecting the right one would definitely get you ahead in the game. Select the wrong perfume and you will give away how well (or rather how little) you know or care about her.

One of the most important tip in perfume selection is to give yourself plenty of time in making the decision. You should only try out two to three fragrances at any one time. After sniffing several fragrances, you should take a couple of minutes off before proceeding to test other perfumes. If you test out too many perfumes at once, you may not be able to accurately judge which ones you like most as the residues of various perfumes in your nose will impale your judgment.

The age of a woman is a great indicator as to what type of perfumes she may like. Generally, younger women prefer light floral and fruity smells. Matured women on the other hand usually prefer classical and stronger scents. Perfumes from Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and many major fashion labels have delicious fruity and playful scents, perfect for younger ladies. Brands like Givenchy and Channel have a great selection of sophisticated and classical fragrances that are perfect for matured women.

A Perfume Guide for Ladies:
Fragrances and perfumes are commonly used to make fashion statements where they are used as accessories to compliment certain outfits. Like handbags, shoes and jewelry, the right perfume would perfectly compliment and enhance your outfit. The wrong perfume choice on the other hand can be disastrous and completely ruin your look.

The hundreds and thousands of perfumes out there can be divided in several categories. Perfumes are divided into floral, fresh, woody, oriental and fougere scents. Fragrances can either fall into one of these categories or be a combination of two or more types of scents.

It is very important to choose the right perfume for the right occasion. Generally, there are many experts who recommend that you should wear lighter scents during the day and bolder scents at night. In my opinion, your choice of fragrances should be influenced by your preference and the messages that you would like to convey.

When you are at work, it is generally not a good idea for women wear strong floral and fruity scents. Generally, deeper and bolder scents are more formal and grounded, perfect for conveying the message that you are a strong and capable female employee. If you love floral scents in your perfumes, be sure to select one that has a strong woody and fougere scents.

On a girl’s night out or a casual party, you can be more adventurous with your perfume choice and basically wear whatever perfume you like. Regardless of the occasion, there is a one universal rule when it comes to wearing perfumes; less is always more. The worst thing that you can do is to wear too much of perfume. The amount of perfume you are wearing should be just enough for the person next to your to catch a whiff of it. It would be overkill if your colleague on the other end of the office could smell your perfume. Wearing too much perfume is pretty much a turn-off. You may be viewed as being overzealous and unintuitive.

The internet is one of the best place for you to shop for fragrances, especially if you already know which ones you want to purchase. Although you can get plenty of bargains online, it is best to make your purchase from a reputable dealer. It is best to stay away from fragrances with huge discounts, as there are many websites out there that sell counterfeit perfumes.

The First Whiff From a Perfume is Strongest:
Fragrances and perfumes are usually made of plant extracts, essential oils and other solvents to produce mesmerizing scents. The combination of flower extracts, plant oils and other aromatic ingredients are known as apropos. Most perfumes today contain synthetic ingredients but there is a growing number of brands that now produces 100% organic perfumes.

The concoction of different ingredients can produce hundreds and thousands of different kinds of scents. Each scent evokes a different type of emotion and triggers certain responses from our body. Scents are so effective in influencing the way we feel that they are commonly used to help heal bodily ailments (aromatherapy).

With that in mind, it is very important that you select the right perfume for yourself, as perfumes would greatly influence how you and others would feel about yourself. Perfumes and fragrances can be used as a communications tool. Wearing a strong and sexy scent on your first date may show that you are bold and adventurous. A more subtle and light scent may communicate that you are a casual and easygoing person.

During certain occasions such as job interviews and dates, your perfume selection would greatly influence the outcome of that occasion, especially so for women. For some reason, women’s fragrances are designed to be more captivating and impressionable compared to men’s perfumes. For more details, do check out the site Women's Perfume

They best way to test out perfumes is to spray it on your wrists. This way, you would know how the perfume reacts on your body and find out if you like the scent on your skin. The designs of perfume bottles today as so captivating that it can greatly influence your perfume selection process. As much as possible try not to select a perfume based on its packaging unless you are perfume bottle collector.

One of the best (but also most expensive) methods to select your favorite perfume is to get your hands on small 30ml sample sized perfumes. This way, you will get a chance to test the fragrance for a couple of weeks and have plenty of time to decide if you like it or not.

Every woman should have at least three perfumes in her collection; one for work, one for play and one for dates. For work, your should wear deeper and stronger scents to give out an air of sophistication and formality. People may find it hard to take you seriously if you prance around in your office smelling like a fruit basket. When you are out during the weekends, a light and casual scent (preferably citrus scents) would perk you up and help you have a good time. If you are out on a hot date with a deliciously handsome hunk, you would want to wear a more sexy and seductive fragrance.
